Laura is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Public Health Nutrition (MPH) from The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
She is passionate about making traditional diets healthful and accessible for all her clients.
She also understands that there is more to life than food and exercise, and that health is simply a tool for living a life of purpose.
She believes the focus should be on including nutrient-dense foods in your diet, and not focusing on the variety of foods that need to be excluded.
