Thanks for joining us for our latest episode of The Ancestral RD podcast! If you want to keep up with our podcasts, subscribe in iTunes and never miss an episode!

Today’s episode is going to be a little bit different. Instead of talking about nutrition and health recommendations, we’re going to switch gears and have a conversation about how we got to where we are in our careers, and what to do if you dream of becoming a real food RD.

Remember, if you’d like to submit a question for our new podcast, or suggest a guest that we should host, CLICK HERE.

Here’s what Laura and Kelsey will be discussing in this episode:

  1. How we became interested in nutrition and how we got our education
  2. Things we had to do outside of school to get to where we are
  3. Tips for how to self-educate after school

    Hi Laura,

There is a reference in this episode to a course that you were currently taking at the time, for further education. I don’t think you mentioned what is was though. Can I ask which course you took and whether you would recommend it for RDs with a conventional background seeking further education on ancestral health?

Thanks to you both for the great podcast 🙂

Hi, I know that neither of you attended NTP, but I was wondering if you had any thoughts on the program? I know some think of it as either a good starting point or a follow on after completing your RD. What do you think?
Thank you so much for your time!
